How much does custom printing and embroidery cost?

Screen printing starts at $3.50 per piece, sewing at $4.00, and embroidery, heat press, dye sublimation and DTG at $5.00. Final pricing depends on quantity, the number of colours or stitch count, and how many placements you decorate — request a quote and we will send exact per-piece pricing.

How long does a custom order take?

How do I know which decoration method to choose?

Screen printing suits bulk runs with a small number of ink colours. Embroidery is the durable, premium choice for polos, caps, jackets and uniforms. DTG handles photo-realistic, full-colour artwork in small batches. Heat press, vinyl and dye sublimation cover specialty placements and materials. What artwork file should I send?

Vector artwork is best — .ai, .eps, .svg or a layered .pdf reproduces cleanly at any size. High-resolution .png or .psd files with transparent backgrounds also work well for DTG and heat press. Send whatever you have and our team will tell you if it needs prep before production.
