The garment-dying process infuses each garment with unique character. Please allow for slight color variation in production and washing. Special consideration must also be taken when printing white ink on garment-dyed cotton.

What is the minimum order for custom apparel?

It depends on the decoration method. Screen printing is priced for bulk runs, so it gets more cost-effective the larger the order. DTG and heat press have no large minimum, which makes them the right choice for small batches, samples and one-off pieces. Tell us your quantity and we will point you to the method that fits.

How much does custom printing and embroidery cost?

Screen printing starts at $3.50 per piece, sewing at $4.00, and embroidery, heat press, dye sublimation and DTG at $5.00. Final pricing depends on quantity, the number of colors or stitch count, and how many placements you decorate — request a quote and we will send exact per-piece pricing.

How soon will I hear back about my quote?

How long does a custom order take?

Standard production runs 7–10 business days after artwork approval, which typically arrives in about 12 days. Rush production in 3–5 business days is available for an additional fee and typically arrives in about 8 days.

How do I know which decoration method to choose?

Screen printing suits bulk runs with a small number of ink colors. Embroidery is the durable, premium choice for polos, caps, jackets and uniforms. DTG handles photo-realistic, full-color artwork in small batches. Heat press, vinyl and dye sublimation cover specialty placements and materials. Each method has its own page under Decoration Methods showing what it works best on and its limitations.

What artwork file should I send?

Vector artwork is best — .ai, .eps, .svg or a layered .pdf reproduces cleanly at any size. High-resolution .png or .psd files with transparent backgrounds also work well for DTG and heat press. Send whatever you have and our team will tell you if it needs prep before production.
